Modern, classical drama and cabaret is offered almost daily in one of these municipal theatres in L\u00fcnen, Dortmund (13 km), M\u00fcnster (47 km) or Bochum (33 km). Musical theatre in Castrop-Rauxel (20 km), Gelsenkirchen (40 km).<\/p>\n
Popular and musicals and shows in Dortmund, Oberhausen and Essen are additional popular evening events in our region.<\/p>\n
Bands, orchestras and soloists from classical to pop, jazz to punk perform time and again in our region.<\/p>\n
The numerous festivals such as the Ruhrfestspiele, Ruhrtriennale, Klaviersommer Ruhr, Juicy Beats, M\u00fchlheimer Theatertage or the “Mord am Hellweg” crime festival offer them a special stage. In addition, small privately run theatres also have interesting programmes. There are at least 40 theatres within a radius of about 50 km.<\/p>\n

This offer is supplemented by other exhibition halls and locations (Unna district, Dortmund, Recklinghausen, Herne, Oberhausen).<\/p>\n
